We work with forward-thinking organisations who recognise that focussing on the mental wellbeing of their leaders and teams can bring real business benefits.
And we work with individuals who realise that the key to living a more fulfilling life, personally and professionally, lies in looking after their mental wellbeing.

People with good mental wellbeing tend to be happier, more productive, and interested in supporting those around them. There are many things that contribute to emotional wellbeing: as an individual, a strong sense of self, beneficial routines, positive mindset and nurturing relationships. As a team or organisation, a culture of openness and support, shared sense of purpose, trust and feedback.
Our 121 coaching provides an opportunity for leaders and their teams to unlock their ambitions, have the confidence to commit to a plan of action, and develop the resilience to see it through. We can support with making difficult decisions, handling challenging relationships, preparing for promotion and role change, and managing stress and work life balance. Coaching can significantly improve our mental wellbeing too.
Our webinars and workshops cover a whole range of topics including:
-
Managing stress and workplace pressures
-
Handling conflict and ‘difficult’ people
-
Managing boundaries and saying NO
-
Maintaining emotional equilibrium and regulating emotions
-
Understanding the importance of mindset in change
-

And as trusted consultants, we will work with you to review your organisation’s approach to wellbeing and employee support, offering real and achievable solutions that you can start to implement straight away.
Everything we do is bespoke and designed after discussions with you and your teams.

Ali is a very calm, capable and competent coach who relaxed and reassured me enough for me to start putting plans in place for my own future and steps to secure that future. I always looked forward to our meetings. Ali was amazing and very skilled. I left each session on a high, clearer on what I needed to do and confident that I could.

Ali has a fantastic ability to apply empathy on top of expertise. During our sessions I found out things about myself that I'd never have understood without guidance. More importantly, with Ali's help, I was able to plan a clear path for myself, that will ultimately lead me to success. If you're looking for a leadership and wellbeing expert, look no further.
